New studio ‘Classic’ storybook album now available

Thursday, September 24th, 2009

We are proud to announce that we have updated the studio version of our most popular storybook album, our ‘Classic’ storybook. Click here to see the complete album.

Our incredibly popular storybook albums are all uniquely designed from scratch for each couple using the stunning images from their special day. No two albums are the same as Nic does not use template software to create the albums. Each album is therefore unique and will be quite unlike any other album.

Many photographers who offer storybook wedding albums simply send a disc of 100 images off to their album supplier, for the books to be designed on their behalf. While the design work may be impressive, the true story and emotion of the day is often lacking to say the least, as the album has not been designed by the photographer who was there to see the story of the day unfold before them and their cameras.

You can read more information on our range of storybook albums, parent albums and mini albums, by visiting this page.

For the moment this new classic storybook album is only available on-line, but we are expecting the hard copies to arrive in the next few weeks, so will of course soon have them available in our studio to show those of you who come to meet us.

King Arthur Hotel wedding, Gower near Swansea

Wednesday, September 23rd, 2009

It was my pleasure to photograph the wedding of Gareth and Lisa last Friday at the beautiful King Arthur Hotel on Gower Swansea.

After getting ready at the hotel, Lisa and Gareth were married in a civil ceremony in the main room. Afterwards, reception drinks and canopes were served before we had a few group photos with family and friends on the lawn.

Later Lisa and Gareth joined me for a walk through the grounds of the hotel and around the lake for some intimate Bride and Groom photos, before heading inside later for their reception meal.
If you were at this wedding and have enjoyed the sneaky peak images above, please leave Lisa and Gareth a personal message below. All of the images from their big day will be available to view from Tuesday October 7th from this page on our website after they have returned from their honeymoon adventures in Thailand.
Have a great time travelling guys and enjoy Thailand.

Norton House Hotel wedding, Mumbles Swansea

Tuesday, September 15th, 2009

It was my pleasure to photograph the wedding of James and Lee-Ann on Saturday, on what seemed like the sunniest day of the year.

After photographing both the bride and groom getting ready at Norton House Hotel, just across the road from the seafront in Mumbles, we moved inside for a civil ceremony. After a few key family group photos afterwards, we walked the short distance to the seafront with James and Lee-Ann and their bridal party, for some fun and ‘active’ shots with the famous Mumbles lighthouse in the background. Even the Swansea to Mumbles seafront train managed to get in on the photo action!

Later James and Lee-Ann were driven by their best man Simon to Langland Bay on Gower, where we photographed a stunning set of intimate bride and groom photos. A short drive back through the Mumbles Saturday afternoon traffic, found us arrive once again at Norton House for the reception meal and speeches.
If you were at this wedding we hope you have enjoyed the ‘sneaky peak’ images above, and would like to invite you to leave James and Lee-Ann a personal message below.

All of the stunning images from this special day will be available to view from this page, once James and Lee-Ann have returned from their honeymoon and seen the images for themselves.
Thank you for inviting me along to the day. Have a great honeymoon and safe travelling guys.
